Automate Storage Carousel/Vending Machine

The Maryland Air National Guard is seeking vendors that can provide an automated carousel/vending machine equipment that is capapble of storing various hand tools, misc nuts and bolts/supply items and small took kits.  The machine must be capabable for inventory accountability so the Government will know when to order materials.  The machine must be capable to track who signs out a piece of equipment/misc supply item for tracking purposes.  The machine will need to be able to plug into local electrical supply (100-240VAC– 50/60HZ, 5A/2.5A MAX).  The item in question is similar to the ROBOCRIB
