These services will be used by State Agencies, Boards, Commissions and State Cooperative Members in particular to satisfy the needs of the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), the Arizona State Hospital, Arizona Department of Public Safety Crime Lab, and the Bureau of Radiation Control. (collectively, the Eligible Agencies). One or more contractor may provide all services and or one or more contractor may provide only Analytical Equipment Maintenance Management Services only (EMMS or Contractor) as a single point contact provider.
