EASEMENT SEWER REHABILITATION PROGRAM - PHASE 1 (BLOOMFIELD)

Sealed Bids for construction of Contract Number 2023B-12: Easement Sewer Rehabilitation Program – Phase 1 (Bloomfield) will be received and safeguarded by The Metropolitan District, at the office of the District Clerk of the Metropolitan District, 555 Main Street Hartford CT, 06103 until 2:00 PM(Local Time), March 28, 2023. The Work shall consist of all labor, equipment, fees, permits, and other related costs necessary to rehabilitate approximately 11,300 linear feet of sanitary sewers located in remote wooded easements via CIPP pipe lining and cementitious lining of 1,200 vertical feet of manholes along with support equipment and accessories. The Bidder shall hold a current DAS Contractor Prequalification Certificate in Sewer and Water Lines from the Department of Administrative Services of the State of Connecticutaccording to C.G.S§ 4a-100, C.G.S. §4b-101 and C.G.S.§4b-91. Bidders shall submit with their Bids their DAS Contractor Prequalification Certificate along with acurrent Update Bid Statement.
