(RFP)–Utility Tech Center (UTC) Asphalt Parking Lot Office of Facilities

Mission: To Prepare Students for Profitable Employment and a Life of Learning Request for Proposal (RFP)–Utility Tech Center (UTC) Asphalt Parking Lot Office of Facilities The State Technical College of Missouri (State Tech), One Technology Drive, Linn, MO is accepting proposals for a new Asphalt Parking Lot. The lot is adjacent to the site of the Utility Tech Center that will be located on the northeast side of the campus. ADD/ALT - new asphalt parking lot and drive replacement at the “Eagles Nest”. Scope of Work: 1. Where applicable, removal of 14” of existing material per the attached drawing. This material will stay on State Tech Property. (ADD/ALT - State Tech may complete this work) 2. Where applicable, place 6” rock fill and 4” base rock and grade as necessary per the attached drawing. 3. Lay 2 ½” bit base and 1 ½” surface per the attached drawing. 4. Striping/Marking both lots To be considered, the vendor must: A. Possess appropriate state and county business licenses B. Provide completed proposal sheet C. Provide 3 references with proposal D. Complete and invoice UTC Asphalt Parking Lot by June 18, 2019. Eagle’s Nest ADD/ALT must be completed and invoiced separately from UTC Asphalt Parking Lot prior to July 1, 2019. Upon selection, bidder must: A. Provide a form W9 with Taxpayer Identification number B. Provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 of liability insurance naming State Tech as an additional insured. A drawing of the New Parking Lot is attached.
