Scope of Work The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from qualified vendors to perform the installation, configuration and provide Energy Billy Data management Software. Respondents should have an established reputation and documented successful experience in providing the services requested in the scope of work in the public sector. The responded selected is expected to have appropriately experience staff and resources to provide comprehensive, reliable products and services regarding the requested services and will be required to demonstrate this via the submittal documents and/or associated interviews.
