Intent to Sole Source#SS-TGT-19-034Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Fiscal Services (Fiscal Service) on behalf of the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to 375 Hud Parking LLC of thirteen (13) secure parking spaces within the TIGTA - HQ location in New York, NY from 10/01/2019 - 9/30/2024 inclusive of a base year and four 12-month option years.Fiscal Service will consider affirmative responses received no later than July 8, 2019 at 12:00PM ET. Offerors shall respond to this notice if they believe they can provide TIGTA the same Parking as provided by 375 Hud Parking LLC.
