AEO can only accept the Dye Version of the Aviation Fuel 100 Low Lead, (Blue Dye).The Basic Ordering Agreement will be awarded to Pico Propane Operating, LLC SAM UEI GWBEEQ4256G8/ CAGE 7NV35 under Small Business Vendor: NAICS Code – 324110 Petroleum RefineriesSmall Business Size – 1,500 EmployeesAll cost to include but not limit to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, and transportation. The Period of Performance is for twelve months and two possible twelve month option periods. Delivery will be by
