The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center (FDC) in Houston, Texas intends to make awards for the provision of subsistence items. Please register under NAICS code 311999 and 311991 for this solicitation.  Vendors registered under Sector 42 – Wholesale Trade, will not be considered for award.  Each vendor is required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM); information can be obtained at www.sam.gov. FDC Houston will award to the responsible vendor(s) whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to utilize the Government purchase card for all transactions with a total order not exceeding $10,000.00.  The solicitation will be distributed solely through the SAM’s web site at https://beta.sam.gov/opp. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
