The University also requires preventative maintenance, repair service as required and all toner and staples to be supplied. Our intent is to award Contractors who provide the highest value to the University per the following RFP format. Consider that this is a high-volume-over-time prospect and value-pricing should be provided accordingly. SJSU will award contracts as soon as feasible and will neither warrant nor guarantee any minimum or maximum compensation. Any payment will be as specified through terms established in a Standard Services or Services- As-Needed Agreement that will extend to all campus departments as the need for new copiers and copier services arise.
