School Based Services

This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits proposals from qualified vendors to provide School Based Services as described in Chapter 151 of the Iowa Administrative Code and as described in this request for proposal for the Juvenile Court Services for the Eighth Judicial District (JCS). Additionally, the Iowa Department of Human Services (Department) will be a party to any contract resulting from this RFP as it provides the funding for the services being bid. JCS is seeking a single vendor to provide School Based services and provide a Juvenile Court School Liaison for the school district of Keokuk, IA. Qualified vendors should have strong community connections and administrative offices located within the eastern half of the Eighth Judicial District. JCS anticipates that the term of any resulting contract will be one year with the option for five additional one-year
