BID SECURITY: A completed Security Bond made payable to the City of Wichita Falls in the amount of 5% of the proposal amount must accompany each proposal over the amount of $250,000.00 as a

guarantee that the Proposer, if successful, will enter the contract and provide bonds in accordance with requirements of the Contract Documents. No Proposer may withdraw his proposal within 30 days after the proposal opening date. BID FORM: All bids shall be submitted on the Construction Bid Form provided by Anthony Inman Construction, Inc. No attachment to the bid form will be allowed. Each bidder shall include unit prices and alternates in the proper location on the bid form, as applicable.
