Shared Health has reason to believe that only the Intended Proponent is able to provide this Product. The purpose of this Request is to confirm that there is no competition for this Product. Please be advised that the purpose of this Request is not to pre-qualify Proponents for an upcoming competitive procurement process, if any. Any Response submitted by a Proponent as requested in this Request will not be considered as binding on the Proponent. All costs and any liabilities incurred by a Proponent including (without limitation) those associated with the preparation of the Proponent's Response to this Request will be borne entirely by the
