23-02 Utility Billing Software and Implementation Services Title: Request for Proposal for Utility Billing Software and Implementation Services Contact Person: Brandy Bubp Contact Email: bbubp@springfieldohio.gov The City of Springfield, Ohio, will receive electronic proposals for Utility Billing Software and Implementation Services until 4:00 pm Local Time, on February 15, 2023. The RFP is available through Bid Express at: https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/56536/home. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a bidder to review and print all projects. A digital ID will be required to submit an electronic bid. The digital ID can be set up through Bid Express. Please note that it can take up to seven (7) days to receive the digital ID.
