The project shall consist of the collection, transportation and disposal of wastewater sludge from county wastewater treatment facilities located in St. Johns County. The contractor shall be required to provide any and all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to perform the required services in compliance with any and all federal, state and local laws, regulations and codes.
