Invitation For Bid Yellowstone County, Montana Courthouse Security Cameras Closing Date:April 1st, 2024 - 3:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Yellowstone County, Montana is currently soliciting bids from interested parties for Courthouse Security Cameras. The Yellowstone County Courthouse is located at 217 North 27th Street, Billings, MT. Five (5) copies of the bid (1 original, 4 copies) must be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, P.O. Box 35000, Billings, MT 59107 or delivered to their office, 3rd Floor Room 3101- Stillwater Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101 All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Courthouse Security Cameras" in the lower right hand corner. Bids must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. April 1st, 2024. Bids received by this time and date will be opened and acknowledged in the Commissioner's Board Room, 3rd Floor - Room 3108, Stillwater Building, located at 316 North 26th Street, at 9:30 a.m. April 2nd, 2024. Bids submitted or delivered that are time and date stamped later than 3:00 P.M. April 1st, 2024 will not be opened. In order to ensure prospective vendors, have a complete understanding of the project, a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on March 20th, 2024 Room 3107, located on the 3rd floor of the Stillwater Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive informalities, to evaluate the bids submitted and to accept the bid that best serves the interests of Yellowstone County.
