WTD’s Strategic Asset Management Plan directs WTD to manage WTD’s assets cost effectively while minimizing system risk by following maintenance best practices and providing accurate asset data for maintenance and replacement decisions. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on February 17, 2022 at 10:00 am.
