Cisco ISE Software

This notice of intent is not a request for quotes, but rather a justification for other than full and open competition.  It is at the Government's discretion to consider responses to this notice.Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune intends to solicit a Brand Name requirment for the following:  Cisco ISE Base License, Cisco ISE Device Admin Node License, Cisco ISE Virtual Machine Medium and SOLIN Supp SWSS Cisco ISE Virtual Machine Medium.  The solicited software must support a distributed confirguration with multiple policy nodes that support 802.1x with MAC authentication bypass.  The software must fully integrate into the presently installed Cisco Prime Infrastructure.  Reseach has shown only Cisco Identity Services Engine can be intergrated into Cisco Prime.  This purchase will me made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with : Federal Regulation(FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000.  Interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities by responding to this requirement by the due date listed on this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
