This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to procure the leasing of conference space from 8-12 August, 2022 within 50 miles from Washington DC. It was determined that only one (1) facility met this requirement.A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
