Lease of Land for Payload Processing Facilities, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Florida

The Air Force is soliciting submissions from firms interested in leasing vacant land for fair market value rent or in-kind consideration on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), Florida. The purpose of the Lease is to enable qualified Offeror’s to finance, design, construct, operate, and maintain space craft and payload processing facilities (PPFs) at select sites to be determined by the USSF in partnership with the Lessee during Lease negotiations.
