This Final Finding & Decision compliments and confirms the Preliminary Decision (PD) for EV 3-330 approved on July 26, 2022. The FFD is giving contingent approval to a petition to vacate the 50’ section line easements lying on each side of the section line common to section 16 and section 17, Township 14 North, Range 5 East, Copper River Meridian, Alaska.
