Tactics include advertising, social media engagement, group outreach and engagement, a branded experience platform, and more.A key priority in 2023 is to redesign and launch a new Tourism website. The Tourism Division’s existing website,
www.newport-news.org launched over seven years ago. It is currently hosted and maintained through a contracted vendor. Tourism staff is able to make minor changes and updates to the website, but significant changes must go through the vendor.
