This is a Synopsis IAW FAR 5.2 Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions.This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the National Planning and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for DOI, BLM and USFS with agreement numbers 140L0618A0007 through 140L0618A0016.RFQ Number: 12970223Q0008Project Title: Caldor Fire Restoration Cultural Resource Surveys -- NEPA Call OrderProject Description: The Caldor Fire Restoration Cultural Resource Surveys -- NEPA Call Order is a project for cultural resource surveys needed on approximately 45,000 acres of Eldorado National Forest Service lands that burned in the 2021 Caldor Fire in support of a NEPA decision for restoration of the burned landscape.Project Location: Multiple areas throughout the Eldorado National Forest located in central Sierra Nevada, California spanning portions of Alpine, Amador, El Dorado and Placer counties.PSC: The primary produce service code is R408, Support-Professional: Program Management/Support.NAICS: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541611 – Administrative Management and General Management Counseling Services.Delivery:  The deliverables for this work will be provided to the ordering activity.This BPA is composed of both Large and Small Businesses, some with collective teaming agreements in place.  There are currently 10 businesses that will receive this solicitation.The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA.
