Provision of Recovery Residences as Part of the Substance Abuse Block Grant Program

The County of Humboldt ("County"), by and through its Department of Health and Human Services - Behavioral Health division (DHHS-Behavioral Health), is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit proposals from qualified organizations to provide separate safe, clean and stable low barrier social model housing in which skills vital for sustaining recovery from substance use are practiced in a residential setting ("Recovery Residences"), for men and women, as part of the Substance Abuse Block Grant Program. Each Successful Proposer must have the ability to provide Recovery Residence(s) equivalent to those set forth in this RFP in accordance with the requirements, specifications and protocols contained herein.
