Scope of Work The Town of Jupiter is issuing a Request for Qualifications (hereinafter “RFQ”) from individual consultants or consultant firms to facilitate the annual process of updating its strategic plan. The Town follows an annual process to review and update its strategic plan, which is attached to the RFP documents and can be viewed at www.jupiter.fl.us/strategicplan. The scope of work involves reviewing stakeholder inputs, consolidating by major themes, identifying gaps, and facilitating a consensus in order to achieve an approved plan with identified, actionable priorities.
