The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a Sole Source Purchase Order using the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1 (b)(1) – Only one responsible source; or brand name specification, to S&I Joint Venture, 2411 Crofton Ln STE 11A, Crofton, MD 21114-1337. Current contract for O&M services in Austin, TX is expiring, and a bridge contract is needed to continue operations. There are no unique or specialized requirements over and above the support commercially available from the support services vendor community.  The Southwest Service Center. Contract services for facility operations and preventive maintenance, together with repair services for buildings, structures and building equipment at U.S. Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Facility. The Period of Performance is for a base 2 Month Bridge. Due to the uniqueness of this requirement, no other contractors are acceptable.
