S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to make an award, on a sole source basis, to Elsevier B.V., Radarweg 29, Amsterdam,  Noord-Holland 1043 NX Netherlands,  under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for subscriptions to Elsevier’s ScienceDirect online database. The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission) requires the subscriptions to assist in research. There are no competing products which offer the range and depth of information. The period of performance is one year, with four 1-year options:  January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals.  A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.  The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.  However, any information received within ten days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government.
