The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Information Technology Service Division (ITSD), intends to award on a sole source basis a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to Cuadra Associates, Inc.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 513210 – Software Licenses with a Size Standard of $47 million.Cuadra Associates, Inc. is the primary contractor that sells Cuadra product, STAR’s software maintenance, licensing, updates, and support services. The STAR Software products are proprietary and only available from Cuadra Associates, Inc. Cuadra Associates, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the software and owns the copyrighted license source software with all legal rights, privileges, and ownership contained therein.
