Solicitation Title: Next Gen Vital Records Agency: Health Existing Contract Number: 4400021459 Proposed Solicitation Date: 05-01-24 Contract Expiration Date: 01-05-27 Proposed Method of Procurement: Description: The Bureau of Vital Statistics and Registries (BHSR) would like to procure a Software as a Service (SaaS) Vital Records Management System (VRMS) to store, register and report birth and death records for the citizens of Pennsylvania. The VRMS must be accessible to both BHSR and its reporting entities (including licensed healthcare facilities, coroners, local registrars, funeral homes) through a web-based interface. BHSR maintains 23 million vital events records dating to program inception in 1906, and there are approximately 310,000 new vital events reported annually. BHSR issues approximately 1.6 million consumer products (birth/death certificates)
