Defense Freight Transportation Services (DFTS) RFI #3

Attached is the DRAFT solicitation for the Defense Freight Transportation Services (DFTS) II requirement including all attachments and appendices. A full and open strategy is anticipated. The period of performance for this effort is anticipated to include a 24-month base period, five one-year option periods, and a six-month extension per FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is anticipated to be 488510, Freight Transportation Arrangement. The solicitation for this acquisition will be released electronically and will be available only on the SAM.gov website at https://sam.gov/content/home. The expected release date for the official Request for Proposal (RFP) is on or around 13 July 2023. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
