The Town of Hanover is looking for a complete turnkey energy conservation project that will provide, at a minimum, the following:
 An Energy Savings Analysis report
 A Chiller replacement with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) on condenser fans

and free cooling capabilities
 Glycol Pumps replaced with VFDs
 Ability to integrate with existing Building Automation System (Durrell)
 Complete Building Automation System that will control pumps, chiller and valves that will allow automated switchover from mechanical cooling to free cooling.
This energy conservation project is a combination of a chiller, pumps, integration with current controls and is a full turnkey operation/install. Other than a reliable chiller that can work for our needs, one of the purposes of this upgrade is also to reduce the energy consumption of the current chiller and glycol pumps by ensuring there are variable frequency drives and utilizing the free cooling of the outside air. As part of the town’s energy management plan, all upgrades or rehabilitations will provide energy efficiencies wherever possible.
