Sealed proposals for 2024-25 MATERIAL TESTING SERVICES, will be received at the City of Corvallis Public Works Department, Engineering Division, 1245 NE 3rd Street, Corvallis, OR 97330. This is a qualification-based selection for material testing services in support of City design and construction projects including but not limited to the testing of soil, aggregate, asphaltic concrete, Portland cement concrete, special inspections for welds, rebar and anchoring and other materials and construction workmanship as required during the 2024-25 fiscal year, with the possibility of four optional 1-year extensions. All who are known by the City to have received a complete set of the document will receive notification when additional items are posted. Sealed proposals must be submitted to Katy Sproat, Staff Assistant at the Public Works Administration office, 1245 NE 3rd Street, Corvallis, OR 97330, or mailed to PO Box 1083, Corvallis, OR 97339-1083, no later than 2:00 PM, March 26, 2024 at which time the sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read.
