Sunhillo RDDS Annual Hardware and Software Maintenance Subscription

This contract is for a combined software and hardware maintenance subscription for the Radar Data Distribution System (RDDS) at Joint Interagency Task Force – South (JIATFS) in Key West, FL.  The contractor shall provide support and corrective maintenance of all RDDS systems and subsystems including software and hardware to include telephone technical support during weekday hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, software updates, software fixes, new software features as they become available and hardware repair via RMA support. This includes 24/7 technical assistance with OEM Engineers and a single point of contact for diagnosis, solution and/or access to resources in the field, online customer support service for information, training, tools and software releases/updates and repair or replacement with 10 day turnaround.  Once an RDDS hardware repair is deemed necessary after contacting contractor for support, contractor will provide Return Material Authorization (RMA) to initiate
