Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price service contract with the large business manufacturer Stryker Corporation. The procurement is for preventative maintenance and support of the Stryker Neptune N3 Rover ProCare and N2 Docker ProCare. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811219. Stryker has the proprietary rights for this particular service and software support. This procurement is limited to one source in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(2) Soliciting from a Single Source, as no other supplies with satisfy the Agency s requirement.
