Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has issued a decision for the following:
PROJECT NAME: ADL 233893
GRANT TYPE: Special Land Use Permit
GRANTEE: New Cingular Wireless dba AT&T Mobility
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Kalifornsky Beach Rd., Soldotna, Alaska
ACTIVITY: The department has authorized issuance of a special land use permit for the purpose of the construction and maintenance of a power line located at the proposed AT&T cell tower site at the Alaska Public Safety’s Trooper Station and 911 Call Center near Soldotna, AK. The permit will allow for a power line connection from the utility transformer to the applicant’s service meter box. The permit is an irregular shape 126 feet long and 10 feet wide with a total approximate area of 0.029 acres in size.
TERM: For an initial term valid through Oct 31, 2026 that will be re-issued every 5 years, with a total cumulative term not to exceed 30 years.
