The vendor will create the site’s

visual design (UI) and client-side code for the homepage and overall site template. The design needs to be responsive and adapt to all screen sizes. It is preferred that the site be built on a pre-existing CSS framework such as Bootstrap. The backed end development of the website structure and integration of content management system will be done by in-house developers. Upon delivery all client-side functionality should be working : menus, dropdown menus, flyovers, modals, etc. The vendor will present three (3) different design options from which one will be selected. For the selected design, up to four (4) iterations of revision to refine that design will be needed. The website design will be the property of the City of Palm Coast. Deliverables: Style Guide Editable source imagery if applicable (eg, Photoshop) Separate HTML pages for: main website theme/wrapper, homepage, internal page template All source code (Html, JavaScript, plugins, CSS/LESS, site images, etc.) The proposal must contain a statement that the responding consulting firm has at least five (5) years of successful experience designing websites for Economic Development organizations, a statement of company capability to accomplish the project within five (5) months or sooner from the date of contract effective date, and company information and the project managers. The proposal must contain at least five (5) examples of economic development websites designed and five (5) references from Economic Development Organizations for whom the website was created for within the last four (4) years.
