Added:Sep 09, 2019 4:34 pmNOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:The U.S. Marine Corps Station, Blount Island Command (BICmd), Contracting Office, Jacksonville, FL 32226, hereby gives notice of intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1(a)(iii)(A), substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition to 4010 consulting LLC.USMC BICmd, Jacksonville FL, has submitted a requirement that will provide Information Technology Support Services, to the U.S.Marine Corps, BIC, Information Technology Department for coordination and support on business transformation issues, assisting the Government with planning future requirements, programming, hardware and software upgrades, and administrative management. Market research has determined that 4010 Consulting LLC., is the only source capable of providing the requirements. An approved J&A is included in

the contract file and a copy is provided with this notice.THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within ten (10) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, may be considered.
