Sources Sought: Inmarsat BGAN, FBB, and SBB Services utilizing BSTA

The United States Space Force (USSF) Commercial Satellite Communications Office (CSCO) and United States Army (Army) are seeking information for potential sources for providing Standard Inmarsat Broadband Global Area Network (BGAN), Fleet Broadband (FBB), and Swift Broadband (SBB) Services for the Department of Defense (DoD) utilizing BGAN Secure Terrestrial Access (BSTA). The services will offer an Internet Protocol (IP)-based mobile communications service providing users with an integrated solution for voice, broadband data, streaming video, and additional services through the use of handheld or portable satellite terminals. These services provide critical support to multiple DoD Service Components.
