These professional services are to include, but are not limited to annual inspection services, rehabilitation, repair, component replacements, repainting, and interior and exterior washing, as part of a custom designed water storage tank preventative maintenance program. The selected Service Provider shall assume all responsibility and accountability for maintenance of the City’s water storage tanks which are listed under a Complete Service Maintenance Program (Complete Service) in this Request for Proposal. It is the intent to determine the most qualified Service Provider to which the City could contract

these services. Proposals and qualifications shall be accepted through the City’s electronic bidding platform, Demand Star. No short-term multi-year contracts will be considered.
