Kennedy Space Center Electrical Services Blanket Purchase Agreement

NASA, Kennedy Space Center, Procurement Office is currently conducting market research for potential sources for Electrical Construction Services at Kennedy Space Center, Florida.  NASA anticipates awarding 5-year firm fixed price blanket purchase agreements for up to 10 vendors.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation.  The small business standard for this industry is $36.5M in average annual income.  The Product Service Code is Y1QA Construction of Restoration of real property (public or private).  NASA anticipates procuring construction projects valued between the micro-purchase threshold and simplified acquisition threshold on a competitive basis through the BPA Suite for Electrical Construction Services.  Construction projects under the BPA Suite would include but not limited to the following: Provide all necessary resources, management, personnel, materials, supervision, transportation,

supplies, and all equipment, except Government Furnished Property (GFP) to facilitate all phases of work in connection with various electrical construction projects on Kennedy Space Center in Florida.  This would include new work, additions, alterations and maintenance and repair of real property facilities and structures.  Potential sources that have knowledge, experience, technical expertise, and/or capabilities to provide electrical services to Kennedy Space Center are requested to submit a statement of interest, capability, past-performance, and proposed technical approach to meeting the government's requirements to the contract specialist. No solicitation exists. Therefore, please do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on Federal Business Opportunities (fbo.gov). It will be potential offerors' responsibility to monitor these sites for the release of any solicitation or synopsis.
