Project Management Support Consultant Services - Request for Qualifications (15% DBE Goal)

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is issuing this request for qualifications for a Project Management Support Consultant (PMSC) with a proven track record in Transit, Transportation, and Facilities construction repair, renovation, and replacement.This Contract intends for the selected PMSC to function as an extension of RTD’s staff by providing a range of project support services on various upcoming projects, starting with several Downtown Rail Replacements. Such projects may be delivered under a traditional Design-Bid-Build contracting approach, Design-Build, or other contracting approaches.
