BLANKET ADVERTISEMENT FOR VARIOUS MINOR CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS (NOT for a specific project) Contractors who submit the form listed below will be added to a bidders list, and will receive notification from CSUDH on new bidding opportunities. California State University, Dominguez Hills, is seeking qualified General Contractors holding either Class A, B, and/or C licenses, to perform various jobs and/or minor capital projects as needed through June 30, 2024. The University shall establish a shortlist of qualified contractors for possible future minor cap projects. The maximum dollar value of any individual minor capital project will not exceed $972,000.00. Contactors selected for award must be able to readily mobilize and begin work on such projects with a short timeframe; ten (10) to fifteen (15) calendar days; All projects require payment of prevailing wage rates for Los Angeles County, bonds, insurance, and mandatory 3% DVBE participation, and contractors are required to

perform the work in compliance with CSU Contract General Conditions for Design-Bid-Build (Minor Capital Projects) and Supplemental General Conditions available at: https://www2.calstate.edu/csu-system/doing-business-with-the-csu/capital-planning-design-construction/Pages/construction-management-sample-forms.aspx.
