Elevator Service, Maintenance, Alteration and Repairs Contract – Chinden Campus

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4" Street, PO Box 83720, Boise, Idaho until 2:15 pm, local time, on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, for DPW Service Contract No. 24876, Elevator Service, Maintenance, Alteration and Repairs Contract Chinden Campus. The work of this contract is intended to provide the State of Idaho, Division of Public Works (the Owner) with available employees of the Contractor to perform Elevator services and 24-hour emergency response services at the Capitol Mall, Boise, Idaho. The scope of work shall be based on a detailed Not to Exceed cost estimate and will reflect the labor and material costs specified in this contract. The work shall only begin after receipt of a Work Order signed by an authorized agent of the Owner. Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.
