The Phase III apron section consists of 17,300 square yards of concrete pavement demolition & reconstruction. The existing underlying courses will also be removed down to existing subgrade. The subgrade will be treated with lime to increase its capacity to support the pavement section before construction of the new P-304 Cement Treated Base and P-501 Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) pavement sections. Reconstruction within the scope of this
