The CBCF is a local alternative to prison with the primary purpose of rehabilitation for 3 rd , 4 th , and 5 th degree adult felony offenders. Able to accommodate 220 total residents The average length of stay will be approximately 4.5 months, depending on each person’s progress in treatment. The maximum length of stay is six months. The River City Correctional Center is accepting proposals on Reentry/Trauma Informed Care services. Services must be available to all resident who select to participate during and after discharge from River City.
