Project Description:The City of Dallas Department of Aviation is seeking consultant services to provide:
The economic feasibility of a Consolidated Car Rental Facility (CONRAC) located at Dallas Love Field (DAL) through a cost/benefit analyses and calculate net benefits of the project (if any). The study will also analyze the feasibility of ready/returns and Quick Turnaround operations at the existing DAL Garage A and their impact on parking capacity for the airport. If a net benefit is established, further analysis will need to be conducted to determine the impacts on overall parking at the airport due to the construction

of the CONRAC and a possible reconstruction of existing Garage A; and develop parking management strategies during and after the construction.
