Request for Qualifications for Consolidated Plan and Housing Needs Assessment

The intent of this solicitation is for a consulting firm or team to develop its 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, which will include an extensive Housing Needs Assessment and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing for the next five years. The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late bids will not be accepted. The City of Arlington exclusively uses IonWave for the notification and dissemination of all solicitations. The receipt of solicitations through any other means may result in your receipt of incomplete specifications and/or addendums which could ultimately render your bid/proposal non-compliant.
