BVFD Air Cascade System

Bid Notice Bella Vista Fire Department Bella Vista, Arkansas The City of Bella Vista Fire and EMS Department is seeking bids for an air cascade system. System requirements include a 6,000 psi, 14.0 CFM, 208/230 volt, single phase electric drive four-stage breathing air module, complete with automatic drain valve, built in muffler reservoir, operations panel with illuminated on/off push buttons, emergency stop button, hour meter, shutdown light package (low oil, high temperature and high pressure), gauge panel (all stages pressure and oil pressure), electronic CO monitor, 10 HP motor, MK2C Grade E purifier (24,000 CF), and vertically mounted cabinet with insulated and removable door panels. The unit should also include a two SCBA/SCUBA with two SCUBA yokes fill, 6,000 psi rated, four bank cascade control, containment style fill station (complete with inlet and outlet gauges, 0-6000 psi inlet and outlet regulator, To and From bank control valves and gauges, regulated auxiliary outlet

with QD, master fill valve and gauge, two fill whips with bleeder valve and control valve, bypass valve, and all interconnecting fittings for cascade operation. Included also should be a new 6000 psi, four DOT/ISO ten-year hydro bottles, 2036 CF, wall mounted breathing air storage system (complete with 4 cylinders with CGA-702 nuts and nipples and all interconnecting hoses for cascade operation). Cost for this bid should include delivery and installation, start up, initial air sample, and training at start up by appropriate personnel. Unit should come with a two-year warranty, with other optional warranties available.
