Catoosa County Stormwater Dept. Vehicle

The Catoosa County Board of Commissioners hereby solicits and requests sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) vehicle to be used by Catoosa County Stormwater Department. The vehicle shall be new and unused 2020 or Current Production Model FORD Explorer, Base Model, 4WD or equivalent. The equipped vehicle shall comply with above specifications and meet and/or exceed all Federal Department of transportation (DOT) requirements and the latest Underwriters laboratory (UL) requirements. Bid Documents will be available on the County Website Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at: www.catoosa.com/bids. Written inquiries concerning the vehicle should be made to the Catoosa County Projects Administrator, email to: christal.thomas@catoosa.com. The Bid for this project must be sealed and delivered in person or by mail to the office of the Board of Commissioners, 800 LaFayette Street, Ringgold, GA 30736, Attention: Christal Thomas, Projects Administrator, not later than 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 15, 2019. The envelope shall state “Sealed Bid – CCSW - VeHICLE” to prevent accidental opening. Any Bid received after this time will not be considered. The Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:05 p.m. Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at the Catoosa County Government Building, 800 LaFayette Street, Ringgold, Georgia.
