The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on other than full and open competition basis a manufacture sole source to Freewave Technologies, Inc. 5395 Pearl Parkway Suite 100, Boulder CO with full and open competition among authorized distributors the following items: Transceiver, qty: 100 EA .This is sole sourced due to this being a direct replacement to an existing part.
