DESCRIPTION: The objective of this effort is to seek training services to support Enterprise Applications (EA) Talent Management Solutions' (TMS) shared-service operations, augment deployment efforts, and foster continual improvement and adoption of TMS products. TMS intends to procure support to deliver training services which are an integral component of the EA mission and are vital to customer adoption and success. In this capacity the Contractor shall support TMS by meeting the following objectives:Support and maintain effective and efficient training operations for customers.Apply TMS’ instructional system development program processes, Cognitive Behaviorist theoretical framework, Bloom’s Taxonomy content building, Kirkpatrick Evaluation metrics, and other supporting learning templates and models that ensure consequential policy and/or process adoption.Support TMS’ diverse learning environments, to include, but not limited to classroom and online delivery vehicles.Assist in

executing required assessment, design, development, delivery, and evaluation support for each instructional method in order to meet or exceed quality process standards. DETAIL STATEMENTS: The Government is seeking information primarily regarding industry’s input on the government’s draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this notice. Additionally, vendors may submit information regarding their company and capabilities in providing aforementioned services. However, the primary purpose of this Notice is to receive meaningful feedback with concern to the PWS.REQUESTED INFORMATION: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this request may likely include 541512, Computer Systems Design Services. Include whether or not you are a small business; 8(a) small business; HUB Zone small business; service-disabled veteran-owned or veteran-owned small businesses; women-owned or economically disadvantaged women-owned small business; or small disadvantaged business in order to assist the Treasury in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible.
